weld constraints are for when you have a static offset between the parts and you don't care about C0s or C1s

Welds are when you know your C0 and C1 and want to bake that in with e.g. code

It has been confirmed by a physics engineer that both of these Instances have no performance difference when used. The only difference of note is that their total memory cost is slightly different.
